For company Christmas parties
The whole party's atmosphere, in one album.
Guests scan one QR code and capture the evening on their own phones — no app to download. Photos appear live on the venue screen and stay as a keepsake for everyone.
How it works
1
A QR code on tables and the screen
Print it on table cards or show it on the big screen. Every scan opens the same shared album.
2
Guests snap photos and say hello
Everyone takes a photo on their own phone and adds a line of cheer with it.
3
A live slideshow on the big screen
Photos appear the moment they're taken — the evening comes alive as it happens.
4
A shared album for everyone
After the party the album stays open for guests, and the organiser can download every photo as one ZIP.
Why it fits company parties
Your logo or cover image on the album
Use your company logo or a custom cover image — we help you set it up.
Works for hundreds of guests
20 or 500 guests, one office or several — everyone joins with the same QR code.
Live slideshow for the venue
Open the slideshow in any browser and photos appear in real time.
A private album
Only people with the link or QR code can join. Add a join code for extra privacy.
No app, any phone
A browser is enough — remote teammates and less technical colleagues included.
Photos and data are stored in the EU
The database and photo storage are in Frankfurt, EU.
Photo challenges for the evening
Each guest gets one small challenge, so the album fills with different moments. You can set your own challenges too.
- Best Christmas sweater
- Team photo with the mulled wine glasses
- A photo with Santa
- King or queen of the dance floor
- Someone who hasn't been photographed yet
- Furthest office: a hello to remote colleagues
- The biggest laugh of the night
- Arrival at the party
